Hi and welcome to the forums .

Could you please fill out your system specs under User CP so we can solve your problem.

It is likely (but not sure fire) that most of your PC's drivers are available to download from Windows Update automatically when you reinstall Vista or can be run (to some extent) on Windows Generic Drivers, your Network Card will probably work using a generic driver.

If you post your PC's make and model we can try and track down the appropriate drivers for you which you can download now, put on a flash drive/dvd and install on your computer after you reinstall Vista.

If you have any more questions or need any help please ask.

You can download all the drivers for your PC from Laptop Driver Downloads:.

Download them now and put them on a DVD/Flash Drive and install them after you reinstall Vista.

I'm pretty sure that your network driver will work on the generic one, almost all of them do so if something goes wrong you can always re download them after your install.

Yes you will have to type in your product key again; it's usually found under your Laptop on a sticker (it may be different to the one displayed on screen to you at the moment, always use the one on the sticker).

If you have any more questions please ask.
