When editing a picture, I keep getting this message: "changes to this picture can't be saved because Photo Gallery has experienced a problem." I've tried various things I've found online (as apparently others have experienced this too), but none of the ideas helped. Here's the thing, it's worked for years until now. Last week I played around with my services, disabling some to speed up my computer and also played with my start-up menu. I have no idea what I changed, however. Could any particular service being disabled cause this problem? Thanks, and have a nice day.

Let me get this straight, you made changes to "services" not knowing what you were doing and didn't create a restore point first and you have no idea what you changed.
See if doing a system restore to a point before you made the changes will sort it out, have a look at the tutorial at the link; be sure to post back to keep us informed.
