I have been trying to get my friends Vista pc running good again and every time I try to open healthCheker in the Troublershooters window I get a notepad program and what looks like a corrupted file. This is happening in all the preforamance and mantianace files to. Can someone please direct me in the right way so I can fix this issue. Haven't beenable to complete a recovery disk burn also.
