I have had Windows Vista Home Premium 64-bit since I bought my laptop a little over two years ago. In that time, the Help and Support function has never worked. Anytime I click a help link or click Help and Support from the Start menu, I get a popup as shown in the attachment.
I have tried numerous things over the last couple of years, including system file checker, the win32hlp.exe articles from microsoft, numerous registry suggestions, yet nothing has solved this issue. I have found quite a number of similar problems via internet searches, all without answers.
At long last, I am hoping that perhaps someone at this forum can provide an answer. Any thoughts from anyone?
