SD Media Card Drive Not Working

I have an HP Pavilion a6847c PC and the SD media drive is no longer working. I've only used it a couple of times and now when I place my SD media card into the reader it does not work. I also do not see any card reader drives when I look under "my computer".

Has anyone had this problem? And if so were able to fix it? And how?

Can you go to start>Control panel> system and maintenance>Device manager and tell me if there is anything with a yellow warning arrow next to anything...

Have you got any other SD cards that you could try does that work?

I have tried a different card and that doesn't work either. I also tried the cards on my laptop and they work on the laptop.

Could you please try a Full system scan of your computer and upload the files to this thread please I recommend using malware bytes:

I used the Malwarebytes you recommended and do not have any malicious items detected. Here is the log.
