Bubbles Screensaver Problem

My screen saver right now is set to Bubbles, with all of the default settings. However, when I leave my computer for the time specified it goes to the screen saver for something like 15 seconds before my screen goes black and the computer enters hibernate mode. Is there a reason it is not staying at the screen saver for longer? Is there a way of lengthening the amount of time the screen saver is displayed before it starts hibernating?

Have you tried adjusting the settings here?

Control Panel (Classic View) > Power Options > Change when the computer sleeps
