Hi, I have an HP Pavilion dv7-1245dx notebook Windows 64 Home Premium AMD Turion x2 and I have pulled up a supplier for some parts that I ordered from previously online and wanted to see an old invoice. When I log in to the site and pull up the page I get another screen that says :

Error Code OUI-00001 Description Unknown Screen (status)
Can anyone tell me what this means, and how do I fix the error?? I can't get any information from the site that I was previously going to until this is solved. thanks butch
