Program to size taskbar?

I changed my theme to test if glass was enabled for a program. Now I can't drag my TaskBar to double height. All I can get is single height or triple height. Anyone know a free utility that sets it? I hate to do a restore point just to get my taskbar double height!! Man what a time waster!!

Usually you just unlock and drag it to the size you want.

If it would do it then I wouldn't have asked. It jumps from 1x height to 3x height and won't stop at 2x height.

I fixed it by restoring the registry. I don't know why they don't have a number you can click in the context menu. You can sit there trying to get those sizer arrows for an hour. Even then, it doesn't let you do what you want. It's really lame.
