Vista broken after moving partition.

I have a problem. I was running out of room on my computers windows partition so I deleted the linux partition and expanded the windows partition. When I did that I accidentally moved the partition to and it took about 18 straight hours to move and expand it. After that I knew I was going to have to repair the windows bootloader and after some trouble I did. The problem is now when I boot up windows it seems to be loading right but eventually ends up on a solid blue screen. After this I can hit control-alt-delete and start explorer.exe and it show the desktop but windows only has the basic window processes started and it doesn't show most of the stuff that is supposed to be on my desktop and I get errors like "The ordinal 120 could not be located in the dynamic link library iertutil.dll". Can anyone tell me what's wrong or how to fix it?

I've had this same problem before... Ended up the Operating System was looking for files that weren't there, because the drive letter had been changed from C to D. So it looked for the files to run Vista on C instead of D.

I had to reinstall Windows to fix this... It would be VERY VERY hard to try and rearrange everything to work.
