When Dropbox is runnig, the machine will not go to sleep

I have a different issue. I have Vista SP2 (32) and have had no issues with sleep until recently. I have installed and am testing Dropbox. When Dropbox is runnig, the machine will not go to sleep. If I exit Dropbox, sleep works fine. Any suggestions on what to look for.
