Boot speed recorder

Hello,

I have used the boot speed timer from Sidney1st for awhile now but recently lost it somehow? I returned to get another copy of it and no matter if I copy/past the scrip, or just download the ready made version to the desktop... I receive this error. I'm the admin. and wonder if when I cleaned the registry with ccleaner (which had about 6 missing mui references and a couple unused file extensions, could this may have had something to do with it? I know without seeing what they were, it's impossible to know but just wondering. I didn't create a backup for them because have in the past and never needed to merge. SR doesn't go back far enough because I have been trying things myself to fix it and... well, you get the picture.
Tried Microsoft's Fix-it, understanding .vbs and my system (how it works), if something is here on this site... I must have a problem when it comes to asking the right way because I couldn't find anything that would help. Any clues?

Thanks... Todd
