went away from the pc came back after half an hour then this ??

The reason that this happened is probably because you have so many icons, in addition this is another reason that your computer boots slowly.

ok all done i dnt no what all those white bits of pages were all over screen ..

anyway there gone i put all items or most inot a folder onto desktop, so ill see how it goes opening and closing tomoro thanks again for your time

A few points for you, Amanda. This topic seems to be solved. When that occurs, at the right,top of your screen you will see a triangle. Click on it and type solved, so that a moderator can mark it solved so others will know.
