Vista has no active administrators and cant acess the super admin

Let me start off by saying hi. Im new to the forums and im not that great on the computer for serious problems but im OK. My computer got messed up by my sister and her friend. I dont know why or how they did it but they did. There are no admistrator accounts active. All 3 of them are standard user. Ive tried to do many tutorials to activate the "super administrator" or what ever its called, but a promt keeps coming up that normally I have to click ok, and its good to go. Since im not a admistrator it will not let me click ok, only cancel so I can not go into the CMD pad and run as the admistrator, and it doesnt work when I run it as standard user. Im guessing the prompt im reffering to is the UAC, which I cannot deacitvate because of lack of admistrators.

Thats pretty much my problem. It will not let me download anything or change any major thing on the computer like user accounts. I can not get past the promt. It says type in admistrative password then click ok. But there is no bar to type in (yet alone no password at all) and I cant click ok.

Sorry for the long post, im frustrated and just want it fixed. I tried everything I could think of but no success. IM not sure but i think i have vista home premium 32 bit?

Have a look at the tutorial at the link below; see if you can do a system restore to a point before your sister fouled it up, if you don't have a boot disk there's a link in the tutorial to create one; be sure to post back with the outcome.

You have to go into the BIOS and make it boot first from the DVD player instead of the Hard Disk Drive (HDD); have a look at this tutorial at the link below.
