Ok
I was gonna re-install
it asked me for the product key
i took the 1 that is at my bottom of my laptop

i have never used it before
i typed it correctly

It says it not valid.

What to do guys.

Help me for humanity :p

When it asks for the number do not give it. Once installed and you are happy, before 30 days: DO THIS

If the number does not work a rep will get on the phone to help.

The number on the computer is only valid if you are reinstalling the OS that came with the computer.

Make sure you DID type it correctly and that its the correct OS key for the OS. for example you can't use a Vista Business key on Vista Ultimate or the others, Or XP or 7. KAPEESH
