My USB ports are not working on my vista 64x hp pavilion dv7.
When I go to "device manager" it tests me that the ports have a code10 problem and they have the "caution symbol(exclamation ) mark. When I stick my psp or anything via USB the computer does nothing. Please tell me what to do. I know this place is great for offering help.

i tried updating the driver but the computer sais that the driver is updated.

Go to device manager and uninstall the driver and then update it
I would download the driver to my desktop.When updating the driver it will ask if you want to go on line or search your computer, tell it to search your computer then browse to the downloaded file and install.
