Hi all,

I am new to these forums, just registered.

I have a question I am hoping someone here can answer.

Q) How can I get a screen shot of my logon (password entry) screen ?

I am using Vista 64bit Home Basic, I have tried using the PrtScr SysRq key, then Ctrl + v in paint, when the desktop loads, but it doesn't work. I have tried searching the forums, seems using a virtual machine is the only way, but is there another way to do this ? Software perhaps ? I am not familiar with using virtual machines and would like to avoid using a virtual machine if possible as I don't know anything about them, seems a lot trouble to go through for a a simple screen shot is all.

Try typing snipping tool in search, by the start button. If you have it, take a screen shot with it. I use it, really great.

I downloaded the program, but was still unable to get the screen shot, though on the webpage it said i could but when I got the logon screen opened winbubbles I didn't have the WIN 7 tab,or snap shot tool under the "logon tools" tab as described in the instructions on the webpage, maybe it's a windows 7 tool only ? I have Vista 64bit.

But thank you for taking the time to post, much appreciated, it's a great program by the way, there are so many things you can do with it.
