Cant change profile picture?

I click on the browse for more photos link---does nothing.

"Pictures" also does not show as a start menu option for some reason

USER ACCOUNT – CHANGE PHOTO
Go to Start
Control Panel
User Accounts
Make Changes to your User Account
Change your picture
Choose a new picture for your User Account
At the bottom of the page, select ‘Browse’
This takes you to Windows Explorer and you can select any image in your system from here.

as I said earlier..'browse' does nothing. just doesn't work.

This won't fix the Browse function problem.

If you want to change to a particular picture, you can copy it into
the Default Pictures folder and it will show as a thumbnail, and Browse won't be needed.

"C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\User Account Pictures\Default Pictures"

Set your folder view options to Show hidden files and folders.
