Video file deletion errors

Hey all,

I do video reviews for youtube, and whenever i take a video, I move it to my "Pictures" folder on my computer. The file is 836 MB and is 13:41 minutes long. My issue is, now I want to delete it off my comp. Here are the issues that it has;

-Cannot move to recycle bin
-Cannot rename
-Cannot move to a flash drive or back to camera

I downloaded a program knwon as "MoveOnBoot" to try and delete it, but the program became non responsive when I hit "start"

I can still view the video and watch it, and it appears in my pictures folder, but i can't do anything to it other than that. Any help is much appreciated.

Have you tried taking ownership and deleting it in safe mode?

If what Jacee (our security expert) says doesn't work you could try Unlocker. It is similar to move on boot.
