CHKDSK error

Hello:
I have a chkdsk error I can not fix. When the system boots this message suggests problems and wants to run chkdsk. I allow and it stops @ 40%
I tried to create a back-up but it wont allow. Problems with c drive

Please help.

OS = Vista Home Premium
x64 bit :D
