can't log on to windows with administrator account

I have a inspiron 1521 with windows vista home premium... the only log in account that shows up is one a don't have the password for.. the administrator and guest accounts are hidden...is there away to log into windows as admin or get guest icon to show..can some one help... I tried to start in safe mode no diffrence.. I'm writing this using my other computer :mad:

no diffrence... I can get to setup and boot menus... then once it loads to main windows page where log in is ... it only gives me the one acount to log onto that I don't have password for...

I bought it from a guy thatt I work with his ex old lady put a password on it before she left him...He still has paper work on it from when he bought but he is tired of messing with it... I got it cheap but may just have the laptop reset
