Hi, I have not had a Problem with Vista until now, last night I noticed that I went back to my pc and my Windows borders are now a White like colour instead of being a metallic transparent grey/black colour, Ive tried messing with Aero and all those settings to fix it but still nothing, and also My window previews no longer work, I go to try and enable them and for some reason they are greyed out now, but they werent before. Can I please get a hand?? :/ Also I prefer vista over 7 :P

Sounds like it may be a graphics card driver or the actual card
Type device manger in search. Then go to Device Manager and look for any yellow warning signs concerning the graphics card. Update the driver.

It says everything is working properly, It would be sad if It was my video card too, Got it this year. I will try and update it regardless just to make sure

Has it switched to Basic mode
Right click on a blank bit of the desktop , go to Personalize,Windows Color and Appearance see if it is set to Aero
