Hi,
I have an Epson SX600FW that has been working fine up until now on both our wifi network in the office and via usb. Recently when I have opened print dialogue boxes the PC and program that I have been in have become unresponsive and everything has frozen up. If i'm lucky (and the document is small enough) I can print in around 5 minutes (say a two page document). I have now changed my default printer to 'send to One Note 2007' as this seems to have lessened the impact. The problem occurs in all programmes and not only in print dialogue places but also in other page format locations such as print preview or page layout.
If anyone has any advice it would be most welcome. I have tried Epson and they were useless, I have also looked at countless other forums and tried solutions on there, for example re-installing drivers, re-installing printer on a 'local' port as a way of tricking it.
Perhaps someone knows about a recent Windows Update that could have caused this?
Thank you in advance
Jamie
