Need Urgent help!
My windows won't start and I got an error message "Unable to Locate Component. dwmapi.dll was not found Reinstalling may fix this problem"
I am not good with computer stuff. I tried fixing the problem running recovery disks but the windows still won't start up and the same error message still appears.
I don't remember installing any programs prior to receiving this msg. If this may be caused by spyware/virus type of sort, please also advise on how to fix this problem.
