Downloads folder.

Hey everyone, just recently I accidently moved my downloads folder to my music folder, it still showed my downloads folder in my username folder and also in my music folder. So I deleted my downloads folder in my music folder, then came to relize it deleted them both, or the one in my username folder wasn't really there. I tryed undoing the delete/move. No luck, any ideas how to get it back, plus all my downloads? It isn't in the recycling bin folder.

Try shadow Explorer. It will give you access to your shadow copy Vista makes by default but gives no way to view unless you have ultimate version.
