problem with decrypting an encrypted folder with fingerprint

i encrypted a folder with fingerprint in windows vista
now i 've changed my windows with ercoverable cds(i mean the windows version is same as before)
now i can't decrypt it
when i swipe my finger to decrypt it the prompt window shows succeeded but right after another windows message shows "Not an authorized user"
in this context how can i open this folder
