Thumbnails won't show in My Pictures

Hi,
I recently had a hard drive failure so installed a new hard drive. I have a Casper clone, so used that and all went well. Then I wanted to use a graphic in an e-mail and there were no thumbnails, just identifying info. I have tried what has been suggested and nothing seems to work.:cry: That first one about thumbnails is unchecked. Any suggestions?

Hello and thank you for your reply. We tried what you suggested but it did not work. Nothing seems to work so we have concluded that the clone might have been corrupted. We are going to format, then put on Windows 7 Upgrade.

Remember, to install an upgrade version, the version you are upgrading from must first be installed and activated. If you try to do a full installation with an upgrade version without first doing what I just said, the installation will appear to work but the product will not activate and you won't be able to do it manually either. You will then have to start over with the original operating system and do it the proper way - so be sure to do it right the first time.

Sorry a simpler solution didn't work. We could try some other options, but it sounds like you've already decided on this course of action so I wish you well.
