Movie Maker

I use to be able to edit video using Windows Movie maker. (normal movies and PPV event video). Now when ever I try, movie maker wont let me. It will automatically close.....?
Any of you know which update I need to uninstall so I can edit video again?

Can you try and run a SFC scan for me please?

SFC Scan:

1. Open the start menu
2. In the search box, type cmd
3. Right click on command prompt and select Run as administrator
4. In command prompt, type:

sfc /scannow

Let it run, and let me know if it finds any "intergrity violations"

Because if it was a recent problem, then I would get you to do a system restore.

Sorry I should have made myself clearer, I meant can you install any available updates, not are you able to install updates.

Another thing, do you have a Vista installation disc?

That was going to be my next answer, but seeing as the last reply from him was 3 weeks ago, I don't think any more suggestions will be beneficial.
