RAM Is Not Working!!!

This Picture explains it all. I just recently bought 2 Crucial Sticks with 1gb RAM. I've put them in the same Dual Slot and my System and CPU-> CPUID says I have 3gb of ram. Which should be correct. But task manager says I only have 1gb of physical RAM. And Games are still not working very well, so something is wrong.
I've tried putting ONLY the 2 new ramsticks in to the first Dual and started. It shows 2gb on CPU and System, but STILL only 1gb physical memory on task manager. How is that possible when my old 2 sticks of 512mb is not even in the motherboard?

I need big help!
