If you do not know how they got to the desktop, be prudent and run a full antivirus scan and download and run malwarebytes. If you are clean, give us a screen shot and we will tell you what we know and the best way to remove.

This started about a month ago
    I have visa home premium
when i clicked on the email you sent
it skipped to my desktop with 4 little window
if you drag your cursor across one of the windows it enlarges that particular window
if you click on one of the little windows you go to that window and it will fill the entire monitor screen
i do not know how to print the screen
i press the print screen key and it does nothing
i do not see the advantage of seeing multiple windows...????
    overlayed over my desktop
    scan was ok

Try pressing the Fn key with the Prt Scr key. Then copy to a photo editing app and you can upload to this forum.
