magnifier icons change position on vista desktop

if you are reffering to how to make icons bigger? which i had problems with myslef ,

this is how i did it
right click on desktop
click personalize
click window colour and apperance
a second window will open
click advance
use the drop down arrow to change icons all window sizes and so forth hope this helps
(i no u can make icons bigger by just using ur mouse and scrolling thats a temporay fix )
