Transcend flash disk 4gb

i have a Transcend flash disk 4gb when ever i put data or anything it gets corrupted i can t view it or open it i can t format the flash to ntf i can only format to exfat or fat32 so it doesnt work how can i solve it..

yh i have also tried formating lotz of time via manage in computer no luck when i try formating in ntfs when it reaches 98% it goes can not format

The Flash Disk may not be Compatible with NTFS File system Most Flash drives Aren't mainly HDD are only use NTFS File system

so what shell i format with fat32 and how do i solve the issue of it not corrupting my data i copy a movie or folder and try copying on onther pc it doesnt work only documents work

I would use FAT File system
