im using window vista home basic,i got the vista icon on start up and also sound,by i cannot choose any user because screen got blank, i try reboot using safe mode,also blank screen with few word of safe mode on left and right below my screen,how to solve this

I believe if you at least let us know some info on what computer you are using would really help people to figure out what is wrong with the problem.
On the other hand, the problem seems to be corrupted window. You may try to recover it to original factory setting to see if it helps. Post back.
