HELP!!!

I bought my computer from one of my husband's cousins and every time I save anything (pictures, documents etc) it saves it under C:\Users\Imnobarbie89\Pictures. What is this Imnobarbie89 and how do I go about changing it? Please help because it is annoying!! Thank you! ;)

That is the username you are logged in as when you do the saves. To change the location where it saves files to a different username of your choosing, you need to create a new user account called whatever you wish to call it (actually it must be done by an Administrator so get one to create a user account for you) and it will create a folder called C:\Users\<username you chose>\ and in there will be among other things a Pictures folder where your pictures will be saved when you login under this new username and save pictures to it.

I tried going to the Control Panel and Users, and changing the name there but all of my documents still have the Imnobarbie89. Its so frustrating!

Changing the name isn't what I suggested - doing so will not resolve the problem (as you have noticed). I suggested you need to create a new user account entirely - not just change the name - and then that will take care of the issue.

What I would suggest is make a new user account. As you go along, install programs, tweak it, wallpaper, windows settings etc.. because it takes quite awhile to get something to the point where you want to use it.

Also see if you can install any software that's on the existing account in the new account. Some of the programs may not let you reinstall.

I would get everything set up and use it for a week before deleting the old account.
