Hi there. I'm having trouble uninstalling a USB device. The device is my Palm Pre phone that I am trying to doctor and every time I try to uninstall the device per troubleshooting instructions at Palm - webOS Doctor - FAQs The "Confirm Device Uninstall" box comes up saying "uninstalling devices" and the green bar moves from left to right, but it seems to be stuck here. I have tried a few times, and I'm up to 20 minutes right now with no progress. Am I doing something wrong? What else can I do?
