On XP I used to have an icon on the tool bar which when clicked would automatically translate any text into English. I haven't got this on my Vista.

What Version of vista do you have??
Go to Start then right click Computer and click Properties then Upload a screen Shot for us by Going to Start>All Programs>Accessories and clicking on Snipping tool then Drag over the Properties Window

That is not a standard feature in XP or Vista, the google toolbar has this function could it have been that?
