Hi - On my Home Premium Vista when I open any window it comes up half size and I have to click the top right square to maximise. How could I change it so that it always opens in max size? Grateful for any suggestions. Thanks - Tim

That problem is as old as the internet,
Try to always close when fully maximized and use the exit under the file tab.
It takes time to learn but windows will finally work the way you like.

At the top of your IE screen, you will see File, edit etc.
Click on the file
Under File you will see exit
That is actually the correct way to exit. The X is a short cut
If you do not have that file
Right click on the task bar at the top of the screen,
Then customize
Then add commands
Click on the file
