Problem loading Greeting card factory deluxe on vist

New Member
New to all this so i hope someone out there can help me.

I'm trying to load the above mentioned software onto my Laptop,but i just keep getting a message that the download was interupted its version 5 and i am using vista home premium 32bt.

Hi,

Where did you get the software from, was it a download? If so, it sounds as though the file, download has failed or has been corupted during download. If this is the case you need to download it again & ensure that the download is completed without interuption.

This could be achieved with a download manager like: - Orbit Downloader: the ultra file & social media (YouTube etc..) download manager I use it too.

Hi,i have tried the sugestions but still no joy.
I'm trying to install the software from a disc set if that helps anyone.

Hi,

During the install of this software is it downloading updates, additional installation files etc?

If so click just install from the Disk & this will install the version you have on the CD/ DVD & then you should be able to update later?

Try that!

If you are downloading on line It may be that the internet connection is slow or experiencing problems. If this is the case save to your desktop and then run from there.
