Can anyone help me please. My ISP is TalkTalk whose webmail I use. About six weeks ago the font size of printed emails - using an Epson Stylus DX8450 printer - changed from an easily readable size such as this one to a minute 2mm high size which is readable from very close up. I queried the size with TT technical and they said the problem could not be with their webmail system and suggested the problem was with either my pc or the printer but so far I have just not found anything at all relating to control of the font size used by the printer.
Documents produced in Word or reprints of older letters, etc are not affected.
