it happen last week ..... the computer working fine after 2 and a half year then the nexy day i start my computer....boom!!! there are many vertical line ... the icon are bigger than normal.... then i go check my Nvidia 8600 GTS ..there was error of code 43 !!! what is the cause of this problem and how to fix it.... If can....I does not wan to invest my money into this computer because i gonna buy a new one next year...... Please help me..... please let me know what information did u all need... any reply would be appreciated ....

The vid card I had in mine went all weird like that one day. Had to replace it, but like Ilikefree said, first try to update the drivers just to make sure before going any further.
I had another computer here, so I was lucky enough to see if it did the same thing in that one, and sure enough, it did.

Will you be able to see enough to download the driver from the link. If you are unable to see that you will not be able to go to device manager and do the update.
You could try in safe mode and see if the view is any better but I don't think it will be if it is a hardware fault. Replacement of your video card will be needed.
