Custom Order Of My 'All Programs'

I have a problem with Custom Order Of My 'All Programs', that no matter what I do, I cant keep the custom order of my 'All Programs' menus. I'm allowed to drag and drop in the order that I like, but every time I try to custom the order in one of the files of 'All Programs', for example in accessories or starup it's always put back in alphabetical order all list. I've unchecked the 'sort by alphabetical' in the 'customize start menu' panel, and I've made sure none of the folders are sorted by name, the same is when add a new entry in list.

Hi,

Weclome, try this option to prevent the re-sorting action: -

Start
Control panel
Task bar start menu
Start menu
Customise

Scroll down to sort by name (As per the picture). Untick the box.

Thanks, I made it long ago, I am not a "beginner" on that level. On the list I can make the order that I want, but if within any folder, for example, "Microsoft Office" I try to costumize the order, first word in the list, so outloock, etc.. then the whole list in "All Programs" automatically resets alphabetically. You can costumize the orders of programs in the folder of the list? Perhaps the problem is just on my Vista .. however, thank you.
