Solved Have disabled history button Help please

Hi,
Somehow the history button has been disabled on my vista home premium,its greyed out how to I get it back please??

Hello, and welcome to the Vista Forums!

Thanks for creating a new topic. However, to keep it everywhere, I shall duplicate!

Here is what you need to do. Download the file attached to this post. When asked, select "Save as". Wait for it to download. Once it has "after only a few seconds" you must open it.

Inside there are two files. Copy them BOTH to your Desktop. Once you see both files on your Desktop, you can close the window, and just look at your Desktop.

Look at the two files. One is called "Enable", the other "Enable_Delete_Browsing_History". Double click on "Enable! It should have a little picture of two cogs next to it.

All done! All should be as was before. Please don't hesitate to ask if you need screenshots, or help!

I dont know if I have done the right thing or not but while waiting for replys,I did a systm restore and that has fixed it so far.
Should I still run what you posted?
