Mini Dump files are needed if you get a BSOD (screen turns blue, it is used to help Diagnose the cause). If you did not have a BSOD delete them. You would know if you had one
When you install a new program set up log files are created in case there is an installation problem. If you did not experience such problems they are safe to delete

Error files can be deleted, if no problems are encountered on the computer. They record errors. Take a look at them. Go to search type event viewer and you will see errors etc. Go to administrative tab.
Dump files are really useful when you need to troubleshoot BSOD, application crashes, freezing, and any problem a Windows box maybe exhibiting.
In the absence of these problems they are safe to delete.

If you are not having problems it is safe to clean up the error report files.
You can turn off error reporting, but not suggested as you may have problems in the future.

Bottom line feel free to delete the files if you are not experiencing problems.
