Solved Help! right click menu issues

Hello forum, i recently installed a program called Encspot, used for analyzing mp3 files. however when i uninstalled it, it left behind an entry in the right click menus. i cant find a way to delete it from the menus. and when i try to click on "view with encspot", it gives me this message. please help =|

Give these a try.

One of the suggestions mentions registry. I would make a system restore point first. In fact it may be best not to try that suggestion unless you have registry expertise.

Press F5 (Refresh screen) & see if the item is actually there?

thx for the quick replies =) i tried richc46's link and tried the registry restore. that helped fix the problem.

PS, i also F5-ing before i did the registry restore.

Click on it
Type solved.
The Moderators will close it for you.

so type report "solved" in the "report post" dialogue box? okies =)

Notice the green check next to the title of the thread - it has been marked as solved by the moderators.
