Notice odd folder in my User (Administrator) account

I notice a new folder in my user account, since I did a re-format of my HD and reinstall of Vista Home Premium:
Name of Folder: {ea8b157b-a6f0-45cd-b0df-f2ddfe77ceaf}

My question is can I safely delete it?

Click on folder and see whats inside. Hope its not pandoras box LOL

Those might be folders that should be hidden.

The contents that show (in the left pic) is for the Intel Wireless Adapter Driver, fyi.
It shouldn't be a problem, not sure why it shows up there though. It should be perfectly safe, and if it was ME, i'd make it a hidden folder.

OK They should be hidden anyway. Follow the tutorial that I gave you. Hide them and forget them.

Well, you are not the first user with this folder either:

I see that they are not exactly the same, but the same CLSID does mean a lot, as they are supposed to be unique.

I deleted the folder that I mentioned above, after seeing exactly the same folder inside of my Program Files folder (64bit).

I have rebooted my computer, and everything is functioning as before.
