Desktop Closes and i can't open anything.

Hey, sorry to bother but i really need help.

I was doing a voice call on my laptop, and suddenly everything disappeared from my desktop. When i did ctrl+alt+del...nothing happened at all. I can't right click the desktop either and every time i reboot, it does the same thing. Everything disappears within 1 minute and i can't reopen it. i tried system restore but nothing happened.

Please help, i know hardly anything about windows vista or computers and i have no idea what to do.

Vista Home Premium 32bit, by the way.

See if you can make a complte anti virus scan
Donwlad, if you can, malwarebytes and make a complete scan.

If that does not help try last known good configuration
