startup requires choice between Ramdisk and Vista

I see there is a thread for freezing on shut down and that was my original problem. I ran Startup repair using the HP F11 feature. After running the repair the system now shuts down properly but upon startup it goes to a screen that requires you to choose ramdisk or Vista. You cannot run the repair again because F11 selects the ramdisk selection since it is firat on the list and then if you run Startup repair it says there is no operating system.

Has anyone else had this issue?

I don't know how to get to the Bios but there is a hot key on booting - I believe it was F12 that had a selection for boot order. The only option there was C: so I just saved it as is.

It fixed the issue. I am now starting up as normal.

Thank you so much for your help!!!
