New to forum, did a quick search here as welll on line and can't seem to find what I am experiencing. My wife's Toshiba labtop vista, 32 bit isn't DL Adobe Flash correctly. I have uninstalled-reinstalled the latest version but I still receive the error message " Please download latest version of Adobe flash to view this video". I just DL the latest version and I see it listed in my pograms. Am I missing something? Is there another windows related update neccessary? Very frustrating. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Thank you!

Uninstall the current d/l completelty, using Revno.
http://www.revouninstaller.com/
Then be sure that all remanants are completely removed with ccleaner.
Try to Download again.

If this is a current d/l remove with a System Restore in lieu of Revno and ccleaner to be sure that it is completely removed.

Does the problem video play on your computer?

Try with another browser. Firefox would be a good choice.

Well then try this shortcut
IE
Tools
internet options
advanced
reset
This will reset all the add ons.
If you work ok, then just put the addons back one at a time to find the cause.

If it works with Firefox the problem is with the browser. Reinstalling Adobe etc will not solve the problem.

Another thing is to update/install reader fgirst, then do flash. No idea why but it works.
