Solved help

I deleted my Default Music file by accident.
Ages ago I decided to move the file from the start up menu to the desktop for quick access. Now Ive lost the music, but the problem is that I no longer have a default music file to store any music in. When I click to open this shortcut (attached pic) nothing happens.
Any one out there with a fix for this, help would be greatly appreciated. :).
