need help search results take over computer and mouse

i have this search results keeps poping up when i start up and keeps on the screen in a pale blue window dont know where it came from and tried to get rid of it any help. plus it meses with my mouse when i want to click on something it disapears. please help

In any case be sure to
Run a full anti virus scan
Download and run malwarebytes updated and full scan, to be sure the pop up is not malicious.
