Recent Programs Anywhere?

Hi everybody,
I tried to find it on the Internet but with no success.
I was wondering if the Start Menu's "Recent Programs" are accessible using a folder like the "Recent Items" are.
I was able to find out the system folder for the "Recent Items", but is there a folder for "Recent Programs" as well?

But I somehow need the folder path (if any): I've installed "Start Menu 7" program and the only feature it's lacking is the list of the "Recent Programs", I was hoping I could add that by adding that folder to it.

I think that the programs folder and programs(86) contains the information and then through registry, the recent programs are selected.
